Fiberoptics & Wiring for Hearth Embers

The end of an LED (red)was drilled to a VERY shallow depth so the light itself isn't damaged. The ends of several fiberoptic strands were glued into the shallow hole using CA glue. There is a small current-limiting resistor connected in series with the LED so it can be wired to the rechargeable batteries.
