Using white clay make a very thin snake- about 1/16" by 1/2" long. Flatten lightly and place around straight part of tip where it meets 'icing' clay. Trim to length on backside and seal ends. Using the side of a pin or needle make ridges in ring.
BAKE according to instructions for your clay. Let cool.
