Final Pose

Here is the final pose. I haven't shown heating & positioning the arms but just remember how your shoulder & arms move. I heated the shoulder/top of arm and then lifted the arm up gently. HEAT, MOVE, COOL. The elbow, wrist and fingers are all jointed and can be repositioned just like the legs, ankles & feet. The lower arm also twists so you can have the palm forward or facing the back.
